Can't figure out where your User ID is?
Please follow the steps to get it:
- Tap the Settings icon on the home screen (the gear in the upper right corner of the screen)
- From there, you should tap the number displayed in the bottom right corner — this corresponds to your current game version. You should now see a notification saying Copied Info To Clipboard.
- Paste the account info into your ticket below via 'Submit a request'.
If you have been asked to copy the detailed content information (content hash), you need to tap and hold your finger on the game version for about 5 seconds.
