If your options to connect with Facebook and Google Play / Game Center are missing from the Settings menu - this is due to the age you set on your account after installing the game. The Online Save feature is only available for players 13 years or older. This is mandatory by COPPA. You can find more about it here: Privacy Policy & Terms of Service
If you chose the wrong age by mistake, you can also re-install the game and then put the correct age. However, please be aware that re-installation will delete the current progress that is saved locally on your device. Sadly, there is no option to change the age in the game. Our support agents won't be able to change your age either!
