Delete my data
You can request to delete your data by clicking submit a request and selecting the proper ticket type, 'Privacy&GDPR' (please see below the screenshot). After confirming you as the original creator of the account, we will start deleting your data and notify you when it is done in reply to your support request.
Note! This type of request may take some time to be processed, and this action is final and irreversible.
Request a copy of my data
You can make a data request by clicking submit a request and selecting the proper ticket type 'Privacy&GDPR' (please see below the screenshot).
After confirming you as the original creator of the account, you will receive a copy of your data in reply to your support request.
